ABOUT THE STUDY
Beauty has
an underlying logic.
FORM / FUNCTION explores the space between a drawing and an object. Three concentric rings share a center, but move on independent axes. Together, they form a kinetic sculpture that reveals its construction as readily as its silhouette.
This is a self-initiated digital concept by Michael L. Lawson. The orbital engine is an artistic mechanism, rather than a working physical machine.
